Commercial Lead Vents

Before central heating and double glazing, buildings did not suffer from the build up of condensation that we are now faced with, metal roofs in particular experience difficulty with ventilation and subsequently underside corrosion.

We developed, designed and manufactured different types of lead vents to help eliminate this problem. These vents are now supplied to many lead installers and suppliers in the UK.

The advantages are:-

They have no sharp edges which can cause injury

They are cast so are much more robust than just using sheet lead which requires full support

They have been cleverly designed to blend in aesthetically and stand up against impact, whilst allowing the adequate airflow to ventilate and prolong the life of the roof.
